PT hold em download database problem

I recently played coral eurobet (through pokeroom)and when i try and import this message comes up.

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 0 hand(s) were imported.

when i go to the maintenance file this is the standard warning next to all the files on the screen.

Unable to get the game number(2)...P4-64906047-270

it lets me open a basic file in notepad of the file without error but will not import them properly

The game i played was so loose, if that is how this site is i really want to get my stats working.

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
