Getting a new reg code?

Have I possibly missed it as spam? I sent an email in requesting a new code. It was very odd I could not even find my last code??? Anyways please let me know if I should do it again.

What is your ticket number? I think that some tickets were mis-directed when things were switched around after the
PokerTracker Holdem v2: End of Life – March 31, 2010.
