basic pt2 setup w/ fulltilt no hh's

this may be an aside to any problem w/ poker tracker but i'm setting up pt with fulltilt and everything seems to be fine except the destination folder that supposedly saves my hh's is empty. at full tilt they have that box you check to save your hh's, which i've had checked for like a month yet the hand history folder is empty. what's weird is i have a 'processed files' folder that has a bunch of hh's in it, but currently full tilt doesn't seem to be saving the hand histories. am i not doing something here?

Are you using Vista on this computer? If so, you need to be running all your poker software using 'run as administrator' as detailed in this FAQ
