unable to connect to database

I've been searching the forums for a while and I just can't seem to find the correct answer to my problem.

I'm transfering an old database from an XP computer to a Vista computer. They are access databases and I just copy and pasted and overwrote the files, but it's not working. I'm getting the error:
unable to connect to database
999 - sqlstate = im002
Microsoft ODBC Drive Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified.

I installed v8.2 of PostgreSQL and that didn't fix the problem. Any ideas would be great.

Did you only move the files listed here?

Are you running PT as administrator on the vista computer?
