Files not moving to processed files when checked

Hi, everytime I fire up the auto import and start timer I get a window that says you have 177 files that need to be moved via the by checking the moved process files box, well it is checked and I still get the window everytime, and more and more hands keep getting added, start timer say 177 files read and zero were imported?? Thanks

What version of PT?
What site are you importing from?

#2. Are you playing other types of games than Hold'em? Have you made sure that PokerStars is setup to save the hand histories in English?

it does it for omaha too, I've had them both for years and this has been going on for awhile now, aready did the patch thing and been in english all along.

You can move the files that are there manually by right-clicking on the Start menu and select Explore.
Go to the c:\program files\pokerstars\handhistory\[username] folder and then click on a hand history file. Hit CTRL-A to highlight every file and right-click and select "Cut" from the popup menu.

Then go to the processed hand history folder, right-click into it and select "Paste" from the menu and it will put all the files there.

now I went an did it, I go to turn on PT and a window opens ODBC Microsoft access driver login failed...could not find c:\programfiles\pokertrackerv2hhdb.mdb....do i have to start over and download it all over again? I have no clue as what just happened. Sorry

Are you using Vista??
if so, have you been using 'run as administrator' to start PT every time? Does Vista prompt you to cancel/allow PT to run? It should be asking you.

No vista, just xp, it now asks for admin and password?

I don't know how the file could just have disappeared then. Did you move that file by mistake?

Go to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder. Is there a file called hhcopy.mdb there? If so, rename that to hhdb.mdb and then try to run PT again.
