It looks like some of these files are from Razz and Omaha, PT won't touch those files. The Hold'em files looks like you hadn't used the auto-import for a while because it loaded a lot of hands from these files.

Close and reopen the auto-import window. How many files does it tell you there are now? It's still going to count the Omaha/Razz files but that's not going to slow down the imports like leaving HE hands in that folder.
