Cant import turney

if i go to "database mountenance and options" in menu, i received the message "select error SQLSTATE = 42883. Error: function ltrim(integer) does not exists: Error while executing query". I have a Postgres 8.3 database.
The tab turney is empty.
I get the same message if i click to "show turnaments with no summaries loaded" button

This might be an issue with 8.3 that PT doesn't support.
How long ago did you install 8.3? Where you using another version of PostgreSQL (8.0 or 8.2) before this??

its dont working only with 8.3

I don't understand what you mean. You mean you testing with with PostgreSQL 8.2??

yes, with 8.2 its working, with 8.3 not

Can you do a backup of your 8.3 database and let me know the size of the .backup file and I can tell you how to get it to me so I can look into this problem.

If you import some tournament hands, do you get this error anymore?

i can import my hands, with 8.2 and 8.3.
if i upgraded to postgres 8.3, i cant see any imported tourney under "show tournaments with no summaries loaded" (i havent summaries to my tournaments)
I get this error message again and pokertracker dont responsed anymore

Why can't you import hands into 8.2 or 8.3??? You need to give some specific details so I have something to go on here. Are you getting errors? If so, what are they?

You just said this was an empty database so I don't understand why you would expect something to be on this window in an empty database.
