Auto-import suddenly stops working and PT3 setup

My PT V2 suddenly stopped importing my hands for no apparent reason to the best of my knowledge. I went to the site for support but its got all this new PT3 info. Also PT3 isnt really very self explanatory either. I download it and then when its about to load it say "version is about to expire" and sends you back to the site where there is no "new version" I need alot of help. THanks in advance.

If you have PT3 questions, post them on the PT3 forum above or send a support ticket
http://www.pokertracker3.com/support/index.php?cat_id=3It would also help if you gave any kind of details about the PT2 problem so I had some idea of how to reply. What version of PT?? For what site are you importing? Are you getting errors? If so, what are they?

Sure, Poker Stars Holdem importing cash games hands, PTV2. It basically is not getting any hands from Poker Stars, it says something like "no hands have been recorded since last import" when the timer fires.

Are you using Vista?
Have you verified that PokerStars is writing the hand histories files to the folder you have told PT to look for them in?
