I've been using PTHoldem for a long time and really haven't done any investigating into it so I don't know what's going on.
Recently it's been giving me this message that I need to login as an admin to get to the database and i have no idea what this means. No matter what I type it always gives me the same error message saying "call settrans or settrans object function"

what does this mean and how do i fix it

What email was used to purchase the program? I have no record of this one used for the forum.

This is a new e-mail address I got as my primary one after I graduated college. Most likely guess would be my [email protected] address (now disabled since I graduated), if not that one then I don't know which one I used for here, as I got it over a year ago.

It's not that either. What is the product ID from the Help/About Poker Tracker window?
