one step compact problem

I got a problem
when i try to [ one step compact - poker and handhistories database] that delete everything.

when i push the ring game button after.... everything is dissepear.

Are you using Vista?? It sounds like you aren't running PT as administrator every time like you should be.

Go to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder. Is there a file called ptrack_backup.mdb there? If so, what is the file size and date/time on the file?

Now click the Compatibility Files link/button. Is there a file called ptrack.mdb there? If so, what is the size/date-time on it?
