Problem downloadint Postgresql

A friend of mine (also pto user) is helping me with this , he says with the amount of hands i play i need postgresql

PostgreSQL 8.2.7

I try several links on this page and windows says it cannot open page?

I saw in a post u can schedule session where u can help me with this , sorry i don't know the proper term , i've had pto 1.13.05a for a long time and ive never gotten it running as i would like , I'm very frustrated. I'm not very computer literate and i appreciate your help and patience with me.

how do I "Extract all of the files from the zip file you downloaded to a folder on your hard drive."

Right click the file you downloaded and select Extract Here from the menu.
