PT4 Wont show my cash game Results/Statistics in ACR

I been away from poker took a break for a year. Im back now and all my statistics and results from before are there now the ones im playing now they wont show only on hud but wont update on application. Everytime i go to statistics and results it shows all from a year ago and its been gathering hands like hell for hud. Right know i have played around 1.5k hands and non show in my results/statistics. This is for Americas Cardroom. Can anyone help me fix this or has this happened to them also?

If the hands are updating in the HUD while playing then the data will be available to view in PokerTracker 4. Is the right player selected for your reports? If you are using a different account or have changed your name from a year ago you will not see the new hands if you have an older screenname selected. If the right player is selected make sure you do not have any filters active that would prevent the data from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket along with a small sample of hands you've imported.
