i downloaded the latest update and it was working but when i exited it and reopened PT4 the hud stopped working on my tables. what do i do?

With PokerTracker 4 not running please run the ACR installer again and that should get things working. Sometimes during the update ACR will remove the hand history folder and fail to write your hand histories. Reinstalling will fix that.

If it still doesn't work after that please check that hand history files are being saved as you play and that you have the correct hand history folder configured in PokerTracker 4:

I did all that and my hands are saving in my PT4 but the HUD isn't showing on the tables

In that case please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the issue by playing on a table for a few hands and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.
