Hello, i have a problem, i can't find anymore my original hand history files.

In details, i have my folder where PT move the processed files, in the specific for ipoker account, PT move in "processed" -> Ipoker network > nickname > date

I cant find the past week files on this folder. I have ecc-15-16-17-18/02 "xxxxxx" 27/02, i miss the past week.

In the database they are, i leave screen with the 3 files i have exported by DB. Thanks in advance, have a good day

Have you checked the poker sites hand history folder to see if the files are there?

If the files were auto-imported using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' then they should get archived to the location specified in 'Configure > Sites & Import Options -> Preferences -> Move Processed Files To' however in the case of some specific database issues the files might still be in the poker sites hand history folder. There isn't any other location they should be in except in the case of manually importing hands ('Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk') which leave the files where they are or if you are using any other tracking tools which might have also moved them.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options', restart PokerTracker 4 and then attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. In addition to the support bundle include screenshots of the folders you are expecting to see the hand histories in.
