getting hands not working overnight

I hope this message finds you well.

I wanted to reach out regarding an issue I've encountered, I bought a new computer, and after successfully importing hand histories a week ago, everything seemed to be functioning normally, played normally a couple of days. However, today when I went to grind
, I encountered a problem where I couldn't import hands while playing, thus preventing the HUD from launching.

My troubleshooting efforts led me to suspect Bitdefender, as I today click to fix vulnerabilities within the software. i tried to temporarily pausing and even removing Bitdefender, but the issue persisted.
Tried to remove PT4, and isntalling it again, but the issue persisted.
Additionally, attempts to create a new database did not resolve the problem.

It's important to note that importing hands from disk works without any issues; the problem only arises when importing hands while playing, affecting all poker sites.
Furthermore, I've successfully manually imported specific hands, suggesting that the issue lies specifically in importing hands while playing.

Additionally, I've noticed that clicking "stop getting hands" causes the PT4 program to freeze.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. If you require access to logs or further details, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I've sent the log through ticket, but also wrote here to eventually help people with the same issue.

Regards
