players HUDS are not showing

my HUD is displaying but the other players HUDS are not showing.

Its my first time using poker tracker aswell its no good to me just seeing my HUD. On the problem solving page it only as problem resolving for your own HUD not for having the problem that i have. Any help from anybody would be much appreciated

On what poker site is this? What gametype? Are your hands importing into PokerTracker 4? If everything is setup correctly and your hands are importing then have you changed any settings for the HUD Profile you are using on the tables? Go to 'HUD -> Edit HUD Profiles' and select the HUD profile you are using on the tables. Next make sure that your HUD group(s) are set to display for 'Everyone' and not 'Hero Only' under 'Group Properties'.

i changed my hud from tournament default to tournamnet legacy and that seemed to work thank you again

Pleased to hear it. If you want to go back to using the default HUD then you will need to revert the change made to the 'Group Properties' settings in that HUD Profile.
