Postby geomania » Fri Dec 30, 2011 12:28 am

Hi, i've played somes hands in Fixe-Limit (0.05/0.10) on Everest and on my last hand the small-blind was not at table. And on my result the limit appear as "0.10/0"

Below a part of the HH to show you the error :

The button was on seat #2, and the seat#3 no one player, then seat#4 was in BB and not in SB as is noted in the HH. I know that it was an error in the HH, but all the others hand was played in 0.05/0.10 and that's my last hand of the session who determined the limit ?

Please attach the full original hand history file for that session to a Support Ticket and post your ticket number here so that we can check this out.
The file will have been moved to the C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed folder by default.

But I just realize that the correct limit was FL 0.10/0.20, the SB is 0.05 and BB 0.10. Then there is a problem too with the blind and the limit because on another hand i've seen that the limit was noted 0.05/0.10 as the blind, but that's not the correct limit (0.10/0.20)

A hand in 0.10/0.20:

Thanks, we'll get back to you via your ticket. Please bear in mind there may be a little delay for the next couple of days due to new year.
If you didn't already, please attach your new example to your ticket too.
