I can not launched pt4

Hello, I speak little English. And I know very little used in computer science.

I had the code for beta 4 pt. the installation is good but the end pase pt4 took the hand histories of pt3. It was long, but even once finished the application did not stop. I had to cut it. Now when I run pt4 at the beginning we would say that it works, but soon there is a bug and windows stop the program. What should I do?
