Colors/Bold visible when hoving over note tracker notes

So i am aware you can write thing in bold but when you are in game and you hove over the little book you cant see the bolded text, only when you click to edit and such, this is incovenient because when you want to see the notes of a player in-game you normally just hove over the book, not downright click it because its slower
