NoteTracker autoimporting

I see that status on notetracker is 5,63% complete but it's not importing anything while I'm not playing, is it posible that I run it while I'm not playing, so that it track /note) my hands I've played eralyer that he did not tracked?

If you click the "Run" button below it will update notes in the background. It will only do anything when nothing else is using the database, though - it is specifically designed to not interfere with performance so it may take a while to complete. If you leave PT4 doing nothing else it will get through them.
Note that the "processed" figure in the status window will not update live - you will only see changes when you re-open the NoteTracker window.

It's updating for me when I click the Run button. Please start it again - let it run for 15 minutes or so and then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread so that we can see what is happening for you.

also, it would be great if we could color some of the notes that notetracker is importing, like let's say "3bet preflop range" notes to be red, because some notes are more important and I want to spot them when I'm in the hand ASP.

You can find your tickets on your My Tickets page. Eventually I do hope we can add more options for the kind of text you can insert, but it may be a little while before we can get to this kind of thing.

If anyone run into this problem you should look from what dates are hands and what date is set in your "Create Automatic Notes Hands Sice" and set it to be before the date of your hands
