Custom Statistic

Is it possible to create a statistic that makes difference in bet sizes. For example, counts only minraises.

Yes, that is possible.
The size of the first raise is:
cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_raise_made
..and in BB that is:
cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_raise_made / cash_limit.amt_bb
