Hud is not working for Pokerstar

HI there,

Is there anybody has problme with HUD.

Hud is not working for Pokerstar?

It can only import hands if Pokertracker 4 read the hands from hand history txt file.

The HUD should be working. Do you have PokerStars set to play in English?

Yes, I have it in English.

The funny thing is, I have installed pokerstar and poker tracker 4 on my friend's PC and it is working properly, however is not working in my own PC.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled pokertracker4 and pokerstar on my PC, but still it can not read even observed hands.

That is odd - please attempt to play a round and attach the PokerTracker4.log file to a support ticket so that we can figure out what is going on here. You can find this file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 application - it's the text file called PokerTracker4 that's located there.

Please make certain that:
(1) You are running PokerStars as Administrator (right click & Run as Administrator).
(2) In PokerStars in the Options --> Instant Hand History Options window the hand history directory is set to C:\Program Files\PokerStars\New Folder and "Save My Hands History" is checked.

It looks like one or both of those is not set properly (likely both).

I solved the problem. Apparently the temp folder was full. So it couldn't create any more temporary file.

So I cleaned it and now it is working properly.

I'm experiencing the same probleme.PT4 didnt detects my PS HH folder.I run as administrator both programs and yes in the client it is checked to save HH to my pc.

Which temp folder exactly did u cleaned up?
