PT4 not importing bestpoker results

Hello,

It seems like PT4 is failing to import results from bestpoker, which is a skin of Ongame network. The HUD is displayed correctly during the game, but the result is not imported, i.e. finished position, ev adjusted, etc. are all set to default values.

Could you please work on this issue? Thanks,

We do the best we can with the information the sites give us. Unfortunately most sites do not give us result information in the hand histories - so we do what we can to figure out the results from what information we do have.

We are working with the sites to try to get them to include more information as best we can at this time. If you think there was more information in your hand histories that we didn't actually end up collecting, please do send us the hands via our support system and we'll look into it for you.
