FirstCallerPosition=BigBlind in PT4 ?

Postby KoolKhris » Sun Dec 12, 2021 6:25 am

Hi, I am new with PT4 and I have a question, I search the same think like FirstCallerPosition=BigBlind (in HM3).
I would like have hh BU/CO vs BB (called)

=> (Player is Hero) AND (Raised First In) AND (Position of Active Player Position of Selected Between 0 and 1) AND ?

An idea ?

There isn't a simple filter for that, but you can do it with an expression filter in My Reports (See the 'expression filters' part of the linked guide).

Assuming you want hands where the only actions (calls or raises) were your raise and the big blinds call, then the following will be true:

Code: Select all
cash_hand_summary.str_actors_p LIKE '_8'

(If you play tournaments replace cash_with tourney_)

The position of the big blind is 8, so that expression says that the second player to act was the big blind.
You would also need a filter to make sure that wasn't a 3bet by the BB. You could do that with a simple filter to eliminate facing a 3bet, or you could extend the expression filter to specify that there was no 3bet, like:

Code: Select all
cash_hand_summary.str_actors_p LIKE '_8' and char_length(cash_hand_summary.str_aggressors_p) = 2

For more information on the "actors" and "aggressors" strings see this post.
