Hello,
I visualize the heat map for stat Preflop 3bet % but if I clic on the hand below, I get a hand in which there is no 3bet but rather a 2bet shove from the button.

Can you please right-click that hand, select 'Export Original Hand History' and attach the resulting file to a Support Ticket along with your screenshot. Thank you.

Just updated PT4 to version 4.16.4 and...problem has been solved, move is classified as RFI but no longer as 3bet. Seems that the issue was identified and has been fixed with the last version.
