I tried searching for this but I couldn't find anything, so thought I'd post a new thread about it.

How exactly does the Net Adjusted Winnings for tournaments (STT SNGs) work? I read that it does account for ICM, but how reliable is it and to what extent is it accurate? If the graph is going downwards is it a (100%) indicator that one is playing wrong? Is it like an EV graph or just a results-oriented graph to show if you're running good or bad; in other words, if you shove KK and get called by AA, does the adjusted line go up or down? If A shoves AKs and B calls with 22, do both players get the same effect in their adjusted graph?

It's what you describe as results oriented - your adjusted net win will go down if you shove KK and are called by AA. AK vs 22 may be different though depending on the stack sizes and specific tournament situation. It's more complicated than simple hand vs hand equities because it takes into account tournament prize structure and the chip stacks of all players.
