Is it possible to sum the total bets from preflop to SD? Cash or tourney?

Total bets =sum (Bet/raise/call (xyzw))

Yes, and there is a built-in column called amt_bet_ttl which stores that, although I don't think we have a stat to display it. The simplest way to get that will be to duplicate one of the stats like Game Currency Bet Flop and change the Value Expression to use amt_bet_ttl instead of amt_bet_f.
