HUD doesn't work with Tournament

Playing a tournament (Micro, 10ct), HUD doesn't work (PT4).

HH has been imported, stats can be seen in PT4, but HUD doesn't appears during game.

Testing Cashgame-tables and Tournament (at the same time) HUD is working at cashgame, not at tournament-tables.

What's the reason?

Pokerstars, and the HH is in english. It_'s imported during game, but at the tournament the HUD is NOT active, why?

It should be - please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. Once we have the logs we will be able to tell what is keeping the HUD from appearing and will be able to determine the next proper step to take.
